Joel McElroy was born in Boulder, Colorado and now calls Longmont home where he lives with his wife, two kids, and two cats. Before venturing into home inspections, Joel owned and operated a software business and led large scale projects in construction and industrial processing facility developments. When Joel is not hanging out on rooftops or crawling through crawlspaces, you can find him on the mountain bike trail, the gym or spending time with his family.

Tatyana was born in Moscow, Russia and immigrated to Boulder, Colorado when she was 14. When she isn't managing the office and keeping the business on-track, you can find her making beautiful shibori art, hiking, and spending time with her family.
